We ask all guests to leave a security deposit by credit card, both for accommodation and glamping, but not for pitches. We refund it between 2 and 7 calendar days after your departure date. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of accommodation. For more information, please see our general booking conditions.
Of course! We're pet friendly, and pets are allowed in certain types of accommodation. When you book on our website, you'll only be able to add your pet to accommodation where pets are permitted. Please note that dogs of breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed at any of our campsites. In addition, a pet supplement applies, and in our pet-friendly accommodation you'll find a pet kit so your dog can enjoy an unforgettable holiday too. Have questions about a specific accommodation? You can change or cancel your booking depending on the rate you've chosen: Flexible Rate: you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to a few days before your arrival, depending on the season (for example, up to 7 days before in low season and up to 30 days before in high season such as July, August, Easter, Halloween, etc.). At HolaCamp we offer two types of rate to suit your needs: Flexible Rate: you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to a few days before your arrival, depending on the season (for example, up to 7 days before in low season and up to 30 days before in high season such as July, August, Easter, Halloween, etc.). It's the ideal option if you're looking for extra peace of mind and flexibility. Usually 40% is paid when booking and 60% at the end of the cancellation period. Non-Refundable Rate: it has a lower price, but does not allow changes or cancellations. You'll need to pay 100% of the amount when confirming your booking. The exact conditions of each rate are always shown during the booking process on our website, so you can choose with complete transparency.
