Low Season: every day, from 10:00 to 18:00.
Medium and High Season: every day, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Slide hours:
Low Season: from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you want to extend your stay, you can check with the reception on the same day of departure about the possibility of contracting the Late Check out rate. Always subject to availability.
Check-in takes place starting at 1:00 p.m. Check out is until 12:00 p.m.
Check-in takes place starting at 16:00 p.m. You can go to the campsite earlier to check in and enjoy the facilities. We don't keep food in the fridge until 4:00 p.m., only if it's a medicine that needs a fridge or something for babies. Check out is until 12:00 p.m.

No, at this time we do not have any accessible accommodation.
Yes, in the sanitary block near Reception. If you need it, we will give you a key at Reception in exchange for a small deposit that is returned at the end of your stay.
All accommodation booked directly with us has bed linen and bath towels. We also have our own towels for sale at reception, perfect for going to the beach. If you have contracted with another platform, you will have to review the conditions with them directly.
Yes and yes! The entertainment is free and designed for the whole family. In high season, Carnival, Easter and Halloween, we have activities every day. Out of season, activities are concentrated on weekends. You can check all the guided activities and events in the HolaCamp app!
Yes, after vacating your accommodation or plot you can continue enjoying our services. You must leave the facilities before 9:00 p.m. You can park your vehicle in our parking lot whenever there is availability.
