Letter for Visitors

Dear HolaCampers,

We kindly ask you to follow these simple rules to care for nature and ensure that everyone can enjoy the environment in a respectful and clean way.

1. Respect

Respect the natural environment at all times.

Do not carve, cut, or damage plants.

2. Environment

Take only memories, photos, and special moments.

Leave flowers, rocks, fossils, and trees where they are. Removing natural or cultural resources is not allowed.

3. Animals

Some accommodations do not allow pets.

For their well-being, let the staff feed the animals.

4. Rest

Silence is respected at night for everyone’s rest.

5. Cleanliness

Sheets and towels are included.

Dispose of waste in the campsite’s recycling points.

6. Accommodations

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.

Let’s take care of the furniture and equipment together.

7. Check-out

Leave the accommodation as you found it: clean, without trash, and with lights turned off.

Return the key at Reception. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded within 2–7 calendar days.
